Job Purpose

Support the day-to-day operations and sales activities of the Catering Business by managing customer enquiries, orders, online catering channels, order coordination and event support.

The role is responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to fulfilment, while supporting the Catering Development Manager in converting enquiries, growing repeat business and maintaining strong service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Enquiries & Sales Support

• Respond to catering enquiries and prepare quotations and order confirmations.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to secure orders.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support corporate sales activities and follow-up with repeat clients.
  
  

Order & Operations Coordination

• Manage catering orders from confirmation to fulfilment.
• Coordinate with outlets, kitchen teams, delivery partners and customers.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete and delivered on time.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  
  

Online & Platform Management

• Manage daily orders and enquiries from the company website and catering platforms.
• Maintain menus, pricing, product information and availability.
• Monitor online orders and support improvements to platform sales.
  
  

Events & Catering Support

• Assist with planning and coordination of catering events and functions.
• Provide on-site support for events when required.
• Coordinate setup, food delivery and service requirements.
  
  

Administration

• Maintain accurate customer, enquiry and order records.
• Track quotations confirmed orders and upcoming events.
• Prepare basic sales and order reports for management.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Office-based with regular coordination with outlets and catering operations.
• May require evenings, weekends and public holidays for events.
• May involve standing for extended periods and lifting light equipment.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in catering, F&B, sales coordination, customer service or events.
• Experience with online ordering or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.
