工作职责：

1.保障从基础设施到线上服务的SLA，负责服务器硬件资源、虚拟化平台、Kubernetes集群及容器化应用的稳定性、性能和可靠性
2.负责底层服务器资源规划、管理和优化，包括但不限于物理机、虚拟机（基于KVM/VMware等）的生命周期管理
3.设计和实施高可用、容灾、弹性伸缩、资源调度等运维解决方案，提升系统容错与自愈能力
4.进行操作系统（Linux）内核参数调优、性能瓶颈分析及故障深度排查，解决底层资源与系统级问题
5.推动自动化运维体系建设，开发和维护基础设施及应用层的运维工具与平台，提升部署、监控、告警、故障处理效率
6.进行系统性能分析、成本优化与容量规划，推动架构持续演进
7.跟踪云原生和运维技术发展趋势，引入适合的新工具、新方法，提升整体运维水平

任职要求：

1.熟练掌握至少一门脚本或编程语言（Bash/Python/Go），具备自动化开发经验
2.具备扎实的Linux操作系统知识，有系统调优、故障排查及内核参数优化经验
3.熟悉Kubernetes架构、核心组件及生态工具，具备生产环境集群管理、故障排查和性能调优经验
4.熟悉主流虚拟化技术（如KVM、VMware）及其管理工具，有私有云或资源池管理经验者优先
5.深入理解Docker原理与实践，具备镜像构建、优化和安全加固经验
6.熟悉微服务架构下的常见中间件与基础设施，如：
a.负载均衡：LVS/Nginx/Haproxy
b.应用服务器：Tomcat/Spring Boot
c.中间件：Kafka/RabbitMQ/Apollo等；
7.具备熟练的自动化运维经验，熟悉Ansible/Terraform或类似工具
8.熟悉监控预警体系构建，熟练使用Prometheus、Grafana、Alertmanager，具备Zabbix或其他监控工具使用经验
9.熟悉CI/CD流程与工具链，如Jenkins、GitLab CI或ArgoCD，具备流水线设计与优化经验
10.具备公有云（AWS/Aliyun/Tencent Cloud）实践经验，熟悉常见云服务（VPC/ECS/S3/CLB等）的使用与管理
11.该职位工作地在香港屯门 或 上水
