Job Summary
Develop and present innovative interior design concepts, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts and create engaging presentations to communicate ideas effectively
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and design proposals to support project development
Assist in selecting materials, colours, and furniture to align with design objectives and client preferences
Produce comprehensive design documentation and project presentations as required to facilitate project approval
Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Experience of 1–3 years in interior design or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates
Proficiency in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
Ability to produce 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and presentation materials
Understanding of space planning, materials, colours, furniture, and interior finishes
