Roles & Responsibilities

 Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, food courts and/or food stalls.

 Manage manpower planning, operational schedules and resources.

 Monitor sales, operating costs, inventory and profitability.

 Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.

 Coordinate with outlet teams, suppliers and management.

 Handle operational issues and customer feedback.

 Assist with business planning, expansion and new outlet setup.

 Recruit, train and supervise employees.

 Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant management or F&B operational experience; good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
