Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect enterprise systems and AI-enabled applications
• Design and implement security strategies, policies, and technical controls
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modelling, and security reviews
• Ensure secure system architecture and compliance with cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate with software development and infrastructure team to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify emerging cyber threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
• Support incident response, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity investigations where required
• Provide technical guidance and mentor cybersecurity engineers
• Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, AI security risks, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Cyber Defense
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) through implementation, governance, risk assessment, or enterprise adoption
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS not a must but would be an added advantage
