Financial Adviser / Wealth Management ConsultantAbout the Role

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisers. You will work closely with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions across areas such as wealth accumulation, protection, retirement planning and legacy planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial consultations and understand clients’ financial goals and needs
• Develop personalised financial strategies based on clients’ objectives and risk profiles
• Advise clients on areas including insurance protection, investments, retirement and wealth planning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Review existing financial portfolios and identify potential areas for improvement
• Stay updated on financial products, market developments and industry trends
• Develop and grow your own professional network and client base
• Participate in training, workshops and team development activities

Lead Support

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporeans / PRs aged 21 and above
• No prior financial advisory experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with people
• Candidates from sales, banking, real estate, hospitality, education or other customer-facing industries are welcome
