Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT project delivery, from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, system implementation, or AI-related projects is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Cantonese is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Define project objectives, scope, project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and key project metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure proper project documentation, governance, and compliance with established processes.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Identify potential project challenges and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
