• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer, or related field).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering, system deployment, or technical project coordination.
• Experience with AI, IoT, or sensor-based technology projects is highly preferred. Vibecode is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, system integration, and testing procedures.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client/vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Experience with on-site deployment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with AI Vision, IoT systems, or software-hardware integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with technical testing, validation, or calibration.
• Exposure to client training or support for deployed solutions.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support project managers in day-to-day project operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical project activities related to AI Vision and IoT solution deployment. 
• Work with internal engineering and product teams to translate client requirements into deliverable project plans. 
• Assist in preparing project schedules, resource planning, and documentation to ensure milestones are met. 
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and deployment partners to ensure smooth execution of installations. 
• Support on‑site implementation of Vision AI systems (e.g., camera setups, sensors, active systems). 
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report updates to stakeholders. 
• Test and validate system performance, ensuring solutions meet functional and quality specifications. 
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers to troubleshoot integration or deployment challenges. 
• Maintain clear and complete project documentation (reports, deployment checklists, test results). 
• Assist in training clients or support teams on system operation and basic maintenance. 
• Ensure adherence to company and industry standards in technology delivery and project execution.
