Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling policy renewals and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
• Assist customers with their insurance enquiries, policy matters, and insurance claims.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational matters.
• Establish and maintain professional and strong relationships with clients.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and relevant parties to facilitate smooth policy and claims processes.
• Attend client meetings and make occasional outdoor visits to meet customers when required.
• Assist with general insurance-related tasks, documentation, and administrative work.
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge in general insurance and underwriting.

Requirements:

• Responsible, sincere, honest, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to adapt to new tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and building good client relationships.
• Willing to travel and meet customers outside the office when required.
• Previous experience in insurance is an advantage, buttraining will be provided for suitable candidates.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
