We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team to excellence. In this role, you will be the bridge between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring our operations are seamless, our staff is motivated and every guest leaves with a smile. Your Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

• Daily Oversight: Assist in managing day-to-day Front-of-House and Back-of-House activities to ensure peak efficiency.
• Inventory & Supply: Monitor stock levels and manage timely ordering to ensure we never run out of the essentials.
• Compliance Expert: Maintain a "gold standard" for cleanliness and food safety. You will lead the charge in preparing for HALAL and health inspections.

2. Team Mentorship & HR

• People Growth: Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new talent.
• Coaching: Conduct ongoing training for staff on menu knowledge, upselling techniques and professional service.
• Scheduling: Manage shift rotations to ensure the floor is always perfectly staffed during peak rushes.

3. The Guest Experience

• Service Excellence: Set the tone for hospitality by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Conflict Resolution: Step in to professionally handle guest concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
• Quality Control: Ensure food presentation and service speed meet our brand standards every single time.

4. Financial & Business Growth

• Revenue Driving: Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and upselling strategies.
• Cost Management: Help monitor the budget by controlling labor costs and reducing food and beverage waste.
• Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing, cash handling and tracking daily sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local health and safety regulations (Experience with HALAL compliance is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using POS systems and basic office software for reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
