Job Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare functional specification documents and user guides.
• Work closely with users, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), including test cases and test scripts.
• Document testing results, defects, and resolutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for deployment.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Junior: 1-3 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, Software Development, or Project Implementation.
• Senior: 4 years and above of relevant System Analyst experience.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, test planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with both business users and technical teams.
