• Evaluate, develop, and monitor supplier quality performance through KPIs and regular audits.
• Conduct supplier qualification, process audits, and capability assessments.
• Lead supplier corrective action activities (SCAR) and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Work closely with suppliers to improve process capability, yield, and product reliability.
• Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and MSA activities for new product introduction.
• Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and supplier quality documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams to address supplier-related issues.
• Monitor incoming quality performance and analyze defect trends.
• Participate in customer audits and support regulatory and quality system requirements.
• Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or other applicable quality standards.
• Prepare and present supplier quality reports and performance metrics to management.

Pay: RM2,383.92 - RM7,905.23 per month
