• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew, cashier, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ensure all staff follow company SOPs, safety, and Halal requirements.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, manpower planning, and leave management.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage, and restaurant supplies.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
• Conduct staff briefing, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing daily operational reports.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM; Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene.
• Customer-oriented and able to handle complaints professionally.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate and able to use basic Microsoft Office applications.
