Job Summary We are seeking a highly systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented Billing Officer to join our regional corporate finance and transactional accounting team. In this critical role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for executing the end-to-end billing lifecycle, managing accounts receivable (AR) records, and processing complex corporate invoices.Operating at the intersection of our frontline account managers, backend logistics networks, and corporate treasury units, you will ensure total precision in our transaction registries. The ideal candidate will combine strong data entry precision with sharp numerical aptitude to eliminate processing discrepancies, maintain record integrity, and support seamless corporate cash-flow continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing Lifecycle Execution: Prepare, generate, and distribute accurate high-volume customer invoices, commercial credit notes, and transactional billing sheets based on completed delivery metrics.
- Accounts Receivable Administration: Record and reconcile incoming client payments, manage bank deposit matching loops, and update accounts receivable ledgers within the centralized network.
- Discrepancy Troubleshooting: Investigate, cross-check, and resolve internal billing errors, pricing gaps, or client transactional challenges promptly and with high diplomacy.
- System & Database Entry: Maintain, audit, and update customer master files, dynamic pricing matrices, and contract parameters inside the enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central administrative bridge between front-office sales desks, warehouse logistics crews, and corporate accounting squads to align transaction records.
- Aging Reports & Analytics: Extract, clean, and analyze weekly debtor aging records, compile outstanding balance alerts, and draft strategic cash-flow dashboards for management review.
- Statutory Tax Compliance: Verify all financial data formatting and Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculations strictly comply with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) frameworks.
- Data Governance Adherence: Enforce strict information security protocols across all digital and physical data storage tracks, ensuring absolute alignment with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related quantitative professional discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: High competency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for data modeling, pivot tables, and formulas like VLOOKUP). Practical experience navigating enterprise software grids (such as SAP or Oracle ERP) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience (2–4 years) in a billing administration, corporate accounts receivable, or transactional finance executive role—preferably within a professional services, tech consultancy, logistics, or multi-market trading company—is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone etiquette and an assertive yet collaborative stakeholder management style.

Pay: $5,300.00 - $6,800.00 per month
