Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements.

Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Prepare employment offers and related recruitment documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Monitor recruitment performance and recommend improvements.

Support onboarding and audit requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and hiring compliance requirements.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview coordination capabilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and identify process improvements.
