Roles & Responsibilities :

• To co-ordinate all site activities including order materials, delivery of  materials, arrangement for labour /sub-cons

• Take site measurement and prepare measurement records

• Monitor work progress and ensure quality and safety requirement are met

• Attending site meetings

• Overseeing all other things that are related to the efficiency and the smooth running of the project at hand

• To submit monthly main-cons & sub-cons claim on time.

• To monitor & make sure all the kong si kong work must sign every day & indicate what are they doing in kong card.

• To do site measurement and quality control

• To handle all site complaints  

• To perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time

• All company’s policies relating to prices, promotional activities and products shall be treated as private and confidential material except in the normal course of business.

Requirement/Qualifications:

• Experience in construction site supervisor in preferred

• Able to perform site measurement accurately

• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with less supervision & work under pressue

• Able to meet assignment deadline

• Ability to multi –task, maintain organization, and enjoy working in a fast pace environment

• Applicant must be an energetic, flexible and motivated self-starter who is ready to work

• Able to work independently with less supervision & work under pressure
