Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Host and assist with TikTok LIVE sessions
- Manage daily TikTok Shop operations
- Reply to customer enquiries and provide customer service
- Assist with content creation and product videos
- Help plan promotions and marketing campaigns
- Prepare products for LIVE sessions and launches
- Assist with new product launches
- Monitor orders, customer issues and basic shop performance
- Help identify trending content/products and new sales opportunities
- Work closely with the founders to grow Veenila Collections
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
