This position requires:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset working as an individual contributor who can think independently, take ownership, and drive tasks forward.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curiosity about consumer brands, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

This role focuses on driving Mutu Case's presence across all e-commerce and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Brand Director and creative team to execute marketing campaigns, optimize product listings, and ensure our brand shows up consistently and competitively across every channel.

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn data into action. The right candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable juggling multiple platforms. You should be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

• E-Commerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website. This includes uploading new products, ensuring product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate, competitive, and SEO-optimized.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across e-commerce and paid media channels, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign and platform performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to the Brand Director and Creative Director to inform content and creative decisions.
• Creative Briefing: Translate performance data and campaign goals into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team. Ensure all assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
