Job Summary
Prepare and cook Turkish and Mediterranean dishes while ensuring food quality, managing kitchen operations, supervising junior staff, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Turkish and Mediterranean dishes, including kebabs, grilled meats, shawarma, and meze, to meet quality and taste standards
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control for all dishes served
Manage food preparation processes, monitor ingredient usage, and minimize food wastage to optimize kitchen efficiency
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain productivity and adherence to kitchen protocols
Maintain compliance with SFA food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in preparing Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine
