職責

• 設計策略與規劃： 根據公司戰略制定手錶產品開發計劃並控制進度；深度進行鐘錶市場及相關調研與競爭對手分析，構思具商業價值的手錶設計方案。

• 全流程設計執行： 負責手錶設計的全部流程，包括創意概念構思、手繪草圖、2D平面效果圖（字面/針形/錶殼結構）、3D 建模及高質量渲染。

• 跨部門與工廠協作： 與市場/銷售部門緊密溝通以掌握消費人群習慣；與研發部門（R&D）及生產團隊協作，確保設計方案完全符合生產工程的可行性與裝配標準。

• 樣辦與外觀審核： 深度參與產品開發關鍵環節，確認結構 3D外觀圖，協助對接工廠打樣及樣辦製造，並負責大貨樣辦的外觀最終審核。

• 產品改進與品牌規劃： 評估現有產品線的優劣並提出外觀升級改進方案；參與品牌整體傳播規劃並提供設計專業分析意見。

• 團隊管理與供應商對接： 負責設計團隊的日常事務管理，為其他部門提供技術設計支持，並與供應商/打樣師傅高效對接。

要求

• 行業背景(硬性指標)： 必需具備3至5年或以上「手錶/鐘錶設計」實際工作經驗。

• 管理經驗： 具備管理、項目統籌等實際經驗，能帶領打樣項目經驗者優先。

• 學歷要求： 工業設計、產品設計、藝術設計、美術或相關專業大專或以上學歷。

• 軟件及手繪技能： 精通 AI、Photoshop、CorelDraw 及 3D 建模與渲染軟件（如 CATIA、Rhino 或 SolidWorks）；具備優秀的手繪草圖能力。

• 專業知識： 深諳手錶開發流程，精通機芯原理（機械/石英機芯對空間的要求）、手錶配件（錶殼、錶盤、錶帶、錶針）的工程圖紙及表面加工工藝（如PVD、拉砂、拋光）的相關知識。

• 市場觸覺： 具備敏銳的時尚觸覺，了解國內外鐘錶市場流行元素，對潮流/時裝手錶款式有獨到見解。

• 出差要求： 須經常出差國內（多以深圳為主）或因需要出差國外。

• 語言能力： 具備流利的英語、粵語及普通話聽說讀寫能力。

Responsibilities

• Design Strategy & Planning: Formulate watch product development plans and control timelines based on corporate strategy; conduct deep timepiece market and related research, and analyze competitors to conceive commercially viable watch design proposals.

• Full-Cycle Design Execution: Manage the entire watch design process, including creative concept ideation, hand-drawn sketching, 2D vector layouts (dials/hands/cases), 3D modeling, and high-quality rendering.

• Cross-Functional & Factory Collaboration: Communicate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to understand consumer habits; collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure designs fully comply with engineering feasibility and assembly standards.

• Sampling & Aesthetics Review: Deeply involve in key product development stages, verify 3D structural drawings, assist in factory prototyping and sampling, and take full responsibility for the final aesthetic approval of mass-production samples.

• Product Improvement & Branding: Evaluate the pros and cons of current product lines to propose aesthetic upgrades; participate in overall brand communication planning and provide professional design insights.

• Team & Supplier Management: Manage daily operations of the design team, provide technical design support to other departments, and coordinate efficiently with external suppliers and prototyping masters.

Requirements

• Industry Background (Must-Have): Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience strictly in watch/timepiece design.

• Managerial Experience: Proven experience in management and project coordination; experience in leading prototyping projects is highly preferred.

• Education: Diploma / Degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, Art and Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.

• Software & Sketching Skills: Proficient in Illustrator (AI), Photoshop, CorelDraw, and 3D modeling/rendering software (such as CATIA, Rhino, or SolidWorks); possess excellent hand-drawn sketching skills.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the watch development lifecycle, movement mechanisms (space requirements for mechanical/quartz movements), engineering drawings of watch components (cases, dials, straps, hands), and surface finishing processes (e.g., PVD, brushing, polishing).

• Market Acumen: Possess a sharp fashion sense, keep abreast of local and international timepiece market trends, and demonstrate unique insights into fashion/lifestyle watch styles.

• Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel frequently to mainland China (mostly to Shenzhen) or travel overseas as required.

• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Portfolio Required: Candidates must submit their design portfolio or relevant artwork samples along with their resume for consideration.
