Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information and interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Follow company policies and service standards to ensure quality customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month

Experience:

• call center customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
