As part of their continued growth in Malaysia, they are looking for an experienced Senior PTP Analyst to join their expanding Global Business Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who are passionate about operational excellence, process improvement, automation, and stakeholder management within a dynamic shared services environment.

Your New Role
As the Senior PTP Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations across multiple international markets. Working closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving process performance, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and manage PTP operational performance and service delivery
  • Drive achievement and improvement of agreed service level agreements and KPIs
  • Support end-to-end process reviews and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Partner with business stakeholders, regional finance teams, and shared services leadership
  • Collaborate with IT teams on automation and system enhancement initiatives
  • Lead and support finance transformation projects and process improvement activities
  • Analyse operational data and provide insights to support business decision-making
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience within Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, or Shared Services environments
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or Coupa
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in process documentation, process improvement, or transformation projects
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different functions and regions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) will be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
