Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately process sales transactions using POS system with various payment methods.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Maintain accurate cash register balance.
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform ad-hoc task given by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in customer service, cashiering and POS systems.
• Prior experience in using AutoCount system.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions during peak hours.

Job Type: Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm , Sat 9am - 5pm)

Location : No 110 / 119, Jalan Petaling, 50000 KL.
