Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, supporting managers with workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations in applicable jurisdictions. The role involves partnering with leadership to build an engaging, inclusive culture, managing training and development initiatives, and using data-driven insights to improve recruitment, retention, and employee experience. The Human Resources Manager will also support compensation and benefits administration and contribute to strategic HR projects that align with the company’s growth and mission.

  • Candidates should possess strong human resources management skills, including experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and risk management in a remote, distributed workforce.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in organizational development, change management, and building inclusive, engagement-focused cultures.
  • Candidates should possess skills in using HR analytics and data-driven decision-making to improve recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess experience with HRIS or HR technology platforms and be comfortable working in a technology- and AI-focused environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field are preferred; professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience managing HR in a remote or global organization and familiarity with startup or high-growth environments will be beneficial.
