Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
2. Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
   

 Job description: 

1. Collecting data for the Product Quality Review (PQR).
2. Compile, analyze and prepare PQR report.
3. Prepare verification protocols and monitor the verification process.
4. Compile and analyze verification data and results.
5. Prepare the final verification report.
6. Ensure proper arrangement of equipment handled by the QA department.
7. Order new or replacement equipment as necessary and update the master list of equipment.
8. Prepare Quality Procedures (QP), Work Instructions (WI) and FORM for the QA Department.
9. Ensure that QP/WI/FORM are updated and distributed according to procedures.
10. Ensure that change control documents and obsolete documents are managed in accordance with procedures.
11. Ensure that pest control agreements are available and up to date.
12. Ensure that the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are updated.
13. Ensure that the layout is updated as required.
14. Ensure that the master list for chemical cleaning is available and updated.
15. Ensure that preventive maintenance for dispensers is followed according to schedule and documented.
16. Update the master list of calibrated equipment.
17. Update the master list of calibrated equipment.
18. Ensure that external calibrations are performed according to schedule and that certificates are filed in accordance with procedures.
19. Verify the write-off of items during the disposal process.
20. Coordinate with the warehouse to arrange disposal through Kualiti Alam.
21. Review and update the BMR to ensure that the BMR is consistent with Quest3+
22. Complete the variation form if there is a discrepancy between the BMF or product specifications and Quest3+.
23. To issue Sample Requisition Form for every batch manufacturing/repacking.
24. Conduct GMP spot-checks as required.
25. Perform personal hygiene checks in accordance with established standards.
26. Serve as an internal auditor for GMP/ISO and Halal audits.
27. Undertake any other duties as directed by the superior from time to time.
