We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to help create a smooth and efficient workplace. You’ll play an important role in coordinating daily office activities, supporting internal teams, and keeping administrative processes organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office activities and general administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and internal arrangements.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other office materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facilities, and service requests.
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Assist with invoices, purchase requests, expense records, and administrative documentation.
- Support onboarding arrangements and workplace setup for new team members.
- Help organize company meetings, events, and internal activities.
- Monitor ongoing administrative tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and everyday operations.
