Air Export Operations Executive

- Liaise with shipper and overseas agents on various requirements and rates

- Make bookings with co-loader

- Attend to customer's queries and make necessary arrangements for their bookings

- Handle all customer's complaints with a professional attitude

- Follow up closely on customer's shipment

- Provide updates to customers with regards to the status of their shipments

- Work closely with Export team to ensure accuracy in documentations.

- Outsource 3rd party / Declare Dangerous Goods Declaration / Packing / Labeling

- Co-ordinate with warehousing operations on cargo details.

- Prepare export documentations for air freight movements such as executing of AWBS

- Send pre-alert and shipping documents to customers and Overseas Agent.

- Apply customs permit for all export shipments

- Submissions of electronic data into web system - CCNhub (FWB/FHL/CMD)

- Prepare and provide accurate billing/ invoicing to customers accordingly.

Requirement:
