Job Duties

• Execute daily tasks (manpower recruitment & briefing, sales report, inventory report, stock management etc) to ensure smooth operation.

• Assist supervisor to handle client's enquiry or projects

• Work closely with warehouse to ensure on-time delivery, inventory & stock accuracy

• Work closely with promoters/ front-line staffs, include recruitment, training, scheduling, monitoring  

• Keep track of the record of daily sales, database and distribution of premium

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the entire flow of project from planning to execution 

• Provide administrative and clerical support related to trade marketing, including sorting incoming correspondences, consolidating/ updating returns, filing of documents, arranging courier services, managing promoter performance and stock inventory, etc 

• Assist any other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant work experience of trade marketing, project management, include planning and execution in FMCG industry (agency experience is an advantage);   

• High diploma or above; 

• Good command of Cantonese and English;

• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint;  

• Attentive to detail, self-initiated, independent and customer-oriented;

• Capable of multi-tasking with thorough thinking, able to work under pressure; 

• Strong sense of responsibility, a good team player, self initiative & motivated;  

• Willing to take challenge and ad hoc assignments;
