Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality control procedures, standards, and documentation.

• Prepare, review, and update inspection records, including raw material, packaging material, and finished product inspection forms, labels, and packaging documentation.

• Perform daily QC administrative activities, including issuing QC Pass stickers for approved raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

• Verify, maintain, and update QA/QC records, forms, and quality documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Update and maintain QC inspection data for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products in the quality management system.

• Support Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System and other certification requirements.

• Ensure all quality records are completed accurately, maintained systematically, and readily available for audits.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior in line with operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Food Service, Food Technology, Food Science.

• At least 1 year and above working experience on Halal matters.

• Possess Halal Executive certificate issued by recognized Halal Training Provider by HPB (Halal Professional Board) by JAKIM.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
