Quess Selection & Services Hiring! Full Time Private Banking Relationship Manager in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a growing financial institution looking to strengthen its Private Banking business in Singapore with the appointment of experienced Relationship Managers.

This is an exciting opportunity for established Private Bankers, as well as high-performing Relationship Managers from the Priority / Premier / Affluent Banking segment who are ready to take the next step into Private Banking.

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, with a particular focus on ASEAN markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Drive new client acquisition through your existing network, referrals and business development activities.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial objectives, investment needs and overall wealth requirements.
• Provide holistic wealth management solutions across investments, deposits, structured products, insurance and other relevant banking solutions.
• Partner with investment specialists, product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue while developing sustainable, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Private Banking, Priority Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management or HNW client acquisition.
• Strong track record in acquiring and developing affluent/HNW client relationships.
• An established network within your respective market would be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to grow AUM and revenue.
• Good understanding of investment and wealth management products.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant regulatory qualifications required to perform the role in Singapore would be advantageous.
