Our client, an established manufacturing group serving customers in the electronics and technology industries

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive quality assurance and quality control activities across incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection
• Ensure compliance to IPC-A-610 and other applicable workmanship and quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and customer-reported non-conformances
• Support internal and customer audits, and maintain quality documentation and records
• Work with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in yield and defect reduction
• Monitor supplier and process quality metrics, and report on quality KPIs

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of quality engineering experience in an electronics or precision manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of IPC-A-610 and quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.)
• Good communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing quality discussions
