Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7.15 am to 4.00 pm
Tuesdays (CCA day): 7.15 am to 5.45 pm
Fridays: 7.15 am to 3.30 pm
Scope of Services
Provide AV support for school operations and events
Maintain AV resources and inventory
Take photos/videos of school events and create multimedia content for events and the school website
Conduct weekly Infocomm Club CCA training
Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students on teaching/learning software, multimedia, and AV support
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders
Qualifications
At least a
Diploma in IT/Multimedia
or related field
At least
2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in:
iOS platform and iPads
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
iOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
Google Suite
AI Tools
Creating, designing, and maintaining websites
Must be
registered with MOE
as an instructor
