Assist the Project Manager by managing project costs andadministration, preparing tender documents, monitoring progress payments, andcoordinating project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs through pre-contract and post-contract administration to support effective budget control
• Prepare tender documents to facilitate competitive and compliant bidding processes
• Monitor project costing and progress payments to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
• Compile site progress reports and maintain client documentation for transparent project communication
• Assist with overall project coordination by scheduling activities and managing documentation to support timely delivery
• Facilitate communication and coordination among consultants, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues
• Prepare for and attend meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking

Ensure all project work is completed on time andwithin the approved budget by monitoring schedules and deliverables
