·        Communicate with Owner, Clients and Consultants, Main and Sub-contractors, Authorities and Government Bodies to facilitate and ensure  each phase of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the Project is smoothly executed.

·        Support on getting adequate and sufficient resources needed for the project.

·        Maintain good relationship with suppliers/ contractor source & logistic providers to maintain cost competitive and to avoid any downtime.

·        Reviews tender documents and site visit requirement.

·        Study tender requirement and search for suppliers and prepares request for quotations.

·        Identify and clarify scope of work and technical queries for the projects.

·        Completes BQ / Technical/ Commercial proposals/ ISO documentations.

·        Attend/ conduct techno-commercial meetings.

·        Assign required Project Management Team members for the project and other resources to complete project.

·        Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources.

·        Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.

·        Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.

·        Is responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.

·        Supervises project engineers reviews their reports, checks on any reported difficulties, and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies.

·        Tracks and controls implementation schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.

·        Submit timely progress claims on completed phases of the project.

·        Reports to owners and update management about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated. Prepare and submit necessary VO claims as needed.

·        To generate cash flow, manpower loading and monitor closely prior to installation work.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/site management, preferably in EPC, construction, industrial, electrical or mechanical projects.
• Strong experience in project planning, cost control, manpower loading, cash flow, procurement, subcontractor management, progress claims and VO.
• Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, engineering drawings, HSE requirements and project documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
