Molex is seeking an IE Engineer to join our TW production team. The IE Engineer plays a pivotal role in establishing and improving process capability and standard man-hour/ machine-hour system, integrating production data and to optimize manufacturing and production operations. This role focuses on leveraging MES, production data, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency, improve process reliability, and support continuous improvement within the production environment.

What You Will Do

• Establish and improve standard man-hour/ machine-hour review and feedback system
• • Review standard man/machine hour periodically, identify gaps and propose improvement actions
  • Production data recording and analysis
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
• • Production efficiency and capability analysis and improvement
  • Review SOP and identify issues
  • Line balancing data monitoring
  • Production output and cost monitoring
• Collaboration with process engineers and production SVs for abnormal case analysis and improvement actions
• Production management system digitalization and production dashboard establishment
• Production/ PMC matrix study
• Production floor layout management and optimization

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering related technical field
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments with a strong focus on data driven solution providing
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
