Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for automotive infotainment systems (IHU), digital cockpit, and connected vehicle applications, including user flows, wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Produce production-ready UI specifications and design assets for Engineering implementation, while maintaining and evolving the company's Automotive Design System and UI component library to ensure consistency across vehicle models, screen sizes, and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, implementation quality, and translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product experience.
- Review implementation during development, support design QA for pixel-perfect execution, and stay updated with automotive UX trends, HMI standards, interaction design, accessibility, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, HMI Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Proficient in Unity, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, interaction design, and design process.
- Experience creating design systems and component libraries, with a good understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
