Responsibilities
1. Product Range Development
Lead or contribute to the conceptualisation and design of standardised and customisable printed product ranges.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to ensure product offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Drive product innovation to enhance value proposition and support business growth.
2. Client Solution Design & Pitching Support
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide design consultation.
Develop compelling design proposals, mock-ups, and visual concepts to support sales pitches and business development.
Translate abstract ideas into clear visual solutions to improve client engagement and conversion rate.
Revise and refine designs based on client feedback in an efficient and professional manner.
3. Website Development & Digital Collaboration
Participate in company website development and enhancement projects.
Coordinate with external web development vendors on design implementation and technical requirements.
Provide design inputs and ensure visual consistency across website UI/UX.
Possess sufficient technical understanding to discuss website structure, layout, and development feasibility with vendors.
Support ongoing website updates, content management, and optimisation.
4. Multimedia Content Creation
Create and produce multimedia content including videos and animations to support marketing, branding, and client presentations.
Develop engaging visual storytelling content across digital channels (e.g., social media, website, presentations).
Work with internal stakeholders to conceptualise multimedia campaigns aligned with business objectives.
5. Fostering Client Loyalty & Value Creation
Create designs aligned with client branding and long-term business objectives.
Develop modular design systems and templates to support clients’ future needs and scalability.
Deliver value-added creative solutions to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
6. Day-to-Day Design Duties
Undertake a variety of graphic design projects for the company and its clients.
Ensure all design files are print-ready and meet the technical specifications of production processes.
Liaise effectively with the production department to oversee print quality and ensure final output matches design intent.
Manage project timelines to deliver high-quality output on time and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design / multimedia / digital design.
Experience in printing, packaging, or related industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience in multimedia tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
Basic understanding of web design principles (UI/UX, responsive design, layout).
Knowledge of website development workflows and ability to liaise with web developers.
Familiar with AI-powered design tools for concept development and workflow optimisation.
Strong aesthetic sense and able to work independently.
Proactive with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within China and internationally.
