Functions:

• Pre-contract work including sourcing of contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, prepare tender report for presentation and contract award administrations required within set datelines.
• Post-contract work including contractors monthly progress claim, variation order, final account for completed projects.
• Project Construction Cost - budgetary cost control.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent
• At least 2years of working experiences - construction or development arm
• Familiar with landed residential or high-rise development
• Good command in English, Mandarin and BM
• Possesses good analytical and sourcing skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
