Qualifications

• Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to plan, build, and optimize secure, reliable infrastructures.
• Hands-on System Administration experience, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers and related systems.
• Proven Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system issues in a timely manner.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, data privacy, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA or similar regulations).
• Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server) and common networking concepts.
• Ability to document systems, procedures, and configurations clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Relevant technical degree, diploma, or certifications in systems engineering, information technology, or a related field are preferred.
