Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Overseas education from a recognized international design, architecture, or art institution is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end interior styling, FF&E, or hospitality design.
• At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotel and resort projects, including successful delivery from design development through installation.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing design teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of international hotel brand standards and hospitality project workflows.
• Proven expertise in FF&E specification, procurement, budget management, and project execution.
• Excellent design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, 3D Max, or related design software.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
