Job Description:

• Work with Clients and Project Manager and Consultants on the procurement of works for construction projects.
• Maintain Contract Templates for Tender Preparation
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender briefing / site show round.
• Call and close tenders / quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports
• Prepare draft Letter of Award.
• Compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution.
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned from your supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building/ Quantity Survey or equivalent

Experience

• Possesses at least 3 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) or bespoke Contract.,
• Relevant experience in local public projects

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Meticulous, proactive and a team player and have a keen sense of timeliness in completing tasks
