Job Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate engineering software, training, and technical solutions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to deliver the best customer solutions.
• Provide basic pre-sales and post-sales technical support with the technical team.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Written & Verbal) and/ or Mandarin.
• Possess good communication skills, professional selling skills, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide, including Sabah and Sarawak, to support business development and customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
