Job Description

• Develop work holding and process by selecting the chucking device, cutting tools, tool arrangement, and cutting speeds and feed with emphasis on standardization.
• Develop solid technical skills across multiple processes, procedures and equipment by acting as technical expert.
• Create and maintain CNC program using CAD/CAM software and prove out CNC program having the ability to identify and suggest improvements creating overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist in the design of jigs, tools, fixtures and special equipment for CNC application.
• Manage & Creating Work Instruction for each programming.
• Assist in the selection of new equipment.
• Assist CNC Machinist in troubleshooting, training and general support of operation and manufacturing processes, Analyze & Solve complex issues under little supervision.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• Diploma and above in Engineering, Machining or related field.
• 3-5 years experience of manufacturing experience in sheet metal or precision machining industry
• Familiar with CAM software (Nxug/Esprit)
