JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involve research and development of new food and beverage formulations , including functional drinks , nutraceuticals , and powder mixes , as well as improving existing products in terms of taste , nutrition , quality , stability and shelf life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research and development of new food and beverage formulations , including functional drinks , nutraceuticals and powder mixes.
• Improve existing products in terms of taste , nutrition , quality , stability testing and product validation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Production , QA/QC and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth commercialization of new products
• Source and evaluate new raw materials , ingredient , and packaging
• Prepare technical documentation , product specifications and R&D reports
• Ensure compliance with Halal , HCCP , GMP and other regulatory standards

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
