About Veloona

Veloona is a home lifestyle brand under MFD Holdings, based in Muar, Johor. We design bedframes, mattresses, flameless diffusers and essential oils for the rituals that matter at home — sleep, rest, scent, presence — and sell nationwide on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.

What you'll do

• Process daily orders across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and WhatsApp — confirm, invoice, arrange shipment
• Keep pricing, stock and listing details accurate and in sync across all platforms
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales cases: returns, exchanges, missing parcels, warranty claims
• Coordinate with the warehouse on packing priority, courier pickups and delayed shipments
• Maintain daily sales records and reconcile platform payouts with the finance team
• Prepare invoices, DOs, POs and follow up with suppliers

What we're looking for

• SPM or Diploma, with 1+ year in admin, order processing or customer service — fresh graduates will be considered
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP and pivot tables are a plus)
• Genuinely careful with details — you're the last checkpoint before a customer's parcel leaves us
• Bahasa Malaysia + English; Mandarin is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopee or TikTok Seller Centre is a strong advantage
