Operations Coordinator plays a role in ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. This position requires cross-functional oversight, coordinating closely to monitor and support our QA/QC team, Customer Service team, and Retail boutique team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at bridging communication gaps, streamlining workflows, and maintaining high performance standards across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Operations Oversight:
- Monitor and support the daily workflows of the QA/QC team, ensuring quality control standards, inspection processes, and product integrity are consistently met.
- Oversee the Customer Service team, tracking response times, resolution rates, and service quality to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Retail boutique team to ensure smooth front-line operations, inventory alignment, visual merchandising standards, and daily store administrative needs.
- Process & Workflow Optimization:
- Identify operational bottlenecks across departments and implement practical, efficient solutions to improve productivity.
- Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across the QA/QC, customer service, and retail functions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) for each respective team.
- Prepare routine operational reports and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination:
- Act as the central communication bridge between management, back-end operations, quality control, and front-line retail/service staff.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues, operational disputes, or urgent cross-functional challenges swiftly and effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in general operations, retail management, customer service supervision, or quality assurance coordination.

- Strong "Can-Do" Attitude: Resilient, highly adaptable, and eager to take on diverse operational challenges with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams (retail, customer service, and QA/QC).
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with basic operational management tools.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
