Nice Field Hiring! Full Time Kitchen Assistant (Contract, Sept - Dec) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are a catering and food production company based in Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen. We are looking for a reliable and flexible Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team for our busy season, on a contract running from September to December, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

• Assisting the chefs with food preparation and cooking, following recipes accurately
• Keeping the kitchen, dish area and work stations clean, organised and free of clutter
• Cleaning and tidying other areas of the company
• Supporting the team on site at catering events when required

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
• Must be legally eligible to work in Hong Kong - we do not sponsor visas
• Flexibility is a must: our schedule moves with the event calendar
• Available to work Sundays
• Honest, with a good attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Hardworking, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Language: Cantonese or English

What we offer:

• HK$80 per hour
• Contract from September to December, with possible extension
• Meal provided on working days
