JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate and manage tower and fibre deployment projects from commencement to completion.

• Develop project schedules, work plans and implementation timelines.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities and internal departments.

• Monitor project progress and ensure all project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline.

• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, equipment and contractors effectively.

• Monitor project costs, budget utilisation and overall project performance.

• Conduct regular project and site progress reviews.

• Identify potential project risks, delays and technical or operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, scope of work and project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

• Review and monitor contractors' performance and work quality.

• Prepare project progress reports, updates and relevant documentation for management and clients.

• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in telecommunications, tower, fibre or infrastructure projects.

• Strong project management and leadership skills.

• Good understanding of telecommunications tower and/or fibre deployment processes.

• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
