The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawang, responsible for overseeing and continuously improving quality systems and processes within Parker Aerospace’s operations. This role includes leading quality planning and audits, monitoring product and process performance, managing nonconformities and corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager collaborates closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to drive root cause analysis, implement preventive measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day activities also include managing quality documentation, preparing reports and metrics, supporting customer and certification audits, and mentoring quality team members to uphold high standards across all aerospace products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems, including development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), statistical process control, and continuous improvement practices.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, aviation authority regulations) and experience supporting audits and certifications.
• Background in manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably within aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Experience leading or supervising quality teams, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a culture of quality and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with common office and quality software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, ERP/MRP systems, quality reporting tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Rawang, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business and customer needs.
