Job Description

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• To work on interior design proposals and presentations
• Involve in site measurements, layout plan & selection of material used
• Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
• Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings
• Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects
• Project management
• Site supervision
• Liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Progressive reporting to director on clients’ issues.
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Requirement

1) High Proficiency with AutoCAD

2) Excellent 3D rendering skills – 3DS Max required

3) Familiar use of Sketchup

4) Ability to hand or computer sketch

5) Proven ability to meet deadlines, Strong attention to details and a positive
